Puppies need higher protein and calorie-dense formulas to support growth. We carry age-specific lines from all our brands — look for the "Puppy" tag on product pages, or ask us in-store and we'll match your breed and size to the right food.
Absolutely. We stock a full range of hypoallergenic foods (limited-ingredient, grain-free, novel protein) and grooming products free from common irritants. Tell us your pet's triggers and we'll point you to safe options.
No. We specialise in pet supplies only — food, toys, beds, grooming products, and accessories. We do not sell live animals, and all food products we ship are shelf-stable with clearly printed expiry dates.
Measure your pet's chest girth (just behind the front legs) and neck circumference with a soft tape measure. Each product page includes a sizing chart. When in doubt, size up — most harnesses are adjustable. We also accept exchanges on unused items.
If your pet refuses a food or has a reaction, contact us within 14 days. We'll arrange a return or exchange even if the bag is opened — we'd rather your pet eats something they love than have you stuck with a bag they won't touch.
