If a product arrives damaged or your pet has an adverse reaction, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. No forms, no hassle.
We accept returns on opened food if your pet refuses it or has a reaction — we'd rather help you find the right product than leave you stuck. Toys and accessories must be unused and in original packaging for a full refund.
